amy you are pretty much right. Sund and pene has actually 3/8s activation time and 3/8s aftercast. IAS affects activation time but not aftercast so it makes 33% ias effectively 16% IAS on 3/4s attack skills. I don't know how the case is with quick shot, i'd guess it is 1/4 activation time and 1/4 aftercast. 1s skills have small aftercast if i recall correctly, but i'm not sure on them.
How to get around 100 damage from autoattack, enough buffs + asuran scan and voila.

It is 1s aftercast with or without IAS, I just tested. It really hurts this skill.

Are you sure about that? Last time I messed with them I was pretty sure they had .25 activation and .5 aftercast. (Which would, of course, make them even worse as far as IAS is concerned...)

I'm quite sure that sund/pene activates slightly slower than interrupts, so i'd say it is 3/8s, but i couldn't find real information on that.
According to developers update most bow attacks (including quick shot) with activation time should have 1/2s aftercast, but we all know how accurate that page is.
It would be nice to see some testing results, if someone is willing enough to do that.

Still you adecuated your build because of the Hornbow rate. Anyway keen arrow has same recharge than precision and more potential bonus .... at hornbow attk rate i dont think you will miss precision . Maybe if you used a shortbow yes , but with a 2,7sec interval ...... nah.
The thing is that for you , with a hornbow , not taking foes under 50% and having needling disabling your attack skills 2 secs totally ruins your build cycle but that wont happen on someone with another turret build and bow where regular shots are still ok because of a damage prep.
